Delivery Process

There are TWO different ways to receive your new bundle of joy.

The first option is Via cargo .*This option is the most popular*

The second option is personal delivery. ( Nanny Service )

We prioritize the well-being of our pets and take our responsibilities seriously. Our ultimate goal is to find loving homes for our animals. All of our kittens come with up-to-date vaccines, a 1-year congenital warranty, and a care package. Once the kitten is paid in full and the contract is signed, we will arrange for shipping at an additional cost. Shipping costs between $100-250 via Delivery or Pet Nanny to anywhere in the USA, Canada, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Please note that Maine Coon kitties must be shipped with a pet nanny in the cabin, and the cost varies. During the summer months, all kittens must be driven or flown in cabin. We do not offer cargo shipping during this time due to the heat. Local pickup is also available upon checkout.

We understand that the term “health guarantee” can be misleading. While we cannot promise that any living being will never get sick, we do offer a health warranty to provide a reasonable degree of protection. Our health guarantee consists of two parts. Part 1 protects you from receiving a sick kitten. Within 96 hours of leaving our care, you must have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If your veterinarian deems the kitten unfit for sale, the kitten may be returned, and we will refund the full sale price. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, but if you paid to have your kitten shipped, we will pay to have it shipped back to us.

Part 2 protects you over the long term from genetic defects and congenital diseases. If your kitten or cat is diagnosed with a serious genetic defect or congenital disease before 2 years of age, we will provide you with a replacement kitten. Depending on the specific condition, we will work with you to decide who can best care for the sick cat. Examples of conditions that would entitle you to a replacement kitten include life-threatening heart conditions and degenerative nerve disorders. Conditions that affect longevity or quality of life are also considered. Conditions that an otherwise healthy cat can live with and be happy do not qualify for replacement.

We require an original written statement from your veterinarian regarding the diagnosis. We may require a second opinion at our expense. The 96-hour time limit is strictly adhered to, as viruses do not respect office hours. We also offer a VIP nanny delivery service if you are unable to pick up your kitten or meet us at the airport. Our nanny will hand-deliver your new furry family member to the international airport of your choice.

Your kitten will be attended to during its flight by our nanny, who will provide playtime and cuddles. You will even receive pictures to ease your mind on the day of your kitten’s flight. We are proud to offer this luxury service as a way to bring furry family members to their new home safely during the pandemic. We have years of experience and have offered basic shipping and ground travel before, but due to the current situation, we have added this VIP service for added convenience.
